Service Description

Chair Tease: Let's get flirty and dirty! We'll begin each class with a warm up consisting of strength, flexibility and conditioning exercises followed by a choreographed routine that we will build on over a couple of weeks. Heels are optional. Be sure to wear heels you are comfortable wearing for chair work. Sometimes we will incorporate other elements such as striptease and floor work. You will need a stable chair with a back (no wheels!). Open to all levels.
